If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us, and we will issue you with a refund.
Any standard items can be cancelled (all items except for painted and made to measure doors) purchased on this website and receive a refund. To ensure your refund is valid, you must notify us within seven working days after receiving your goods. Express delivery and also outbound standard delivery fees will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging in which it was delivered. The product and packaging must be in 100% pristine condition in order for a return and a refund to be considered. The products must also be re-saleable.
When you have received your products, you must fully inspect them, and if there is any damage, it must be reported to the delivery driver straight away and noted on his proof of delivery. Photographs should be taken of any damage and reported immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org. If Products are damaged on arrival, they will be exchanged or refunded.
You must take care of the item(s) ensure they are not used. Transport of items being delivered back to us will be your as the customer’s responsibility to pay for.
If you wish to cancel and return your order, you must let us know in writing by email at email@example.com. This must be completed within seven working days from the delivery day of your item(s), stating your order number.
We will provide details on the appropriate address in which the goods must be returned to when you apply. Once the items have been received, we can provide a full refund deducting any shipping costs as long as the goods are received in the same condition they were sent in.
Refunds could take up to 14 days to be processed.
